In 4.0 update they got a bond together called 'Sea Breeze Flowing Through the Stars'. In the official 'I Want You Every Day' MV, Sea Fairy and Moonlight are shown to the lyrics 'your love brought spring to an endless winter,' probably referencing Sea Fairy's feelings towards the moon and the impact it had on her. Peppermint Cookie states that her feelings to the moon must be very strong. On the penultimate floor, the final Memory Fragment says what Sea Fairy Cookie calls the Purest of Heart is at the top of the tower, as close to the moon as Sea Fairy Cookie could put it.
